My HOA is requiring all units to have preventative pest control spraying. Should I remove my white-lipped tree frog’s enclosure from the house during the spray, or would covering it with a tarp be enough? I plan to take my frog out and temporarily place her in a plastic tote.

It’s probably best to take the enclosure out if you can. Some pest sprays can be harmful to reptiles and amphibians.
I think covering it with a tarp might be enough, but it really depends on the type of spray they’re using. You should check the product’s safety information.
That’s a good idea! If you can tarp it, just make sure it’s sealed well to prevent any spray from getting in.

Also, definitely take your frog out and keep her in a plastic tote during the spraying. It’s better to be safe than sorry!

I agree , Even if the spray isn’t directly harmful, it’s good to minimize her exposure just to be cautious.
After they spray, make sure to ventilate the area well before putting her back in her enclosure. Safety first for our little friends!
